Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that the order processing times are separate from the shipping times.

Please note that there may also be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Local Shipping

Free shipping to Singapore for orders above SGD40. 

For orders under SGD40, shipping is charged at a nominal fee of SGD4.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, India, Malaysia, Philippines & Thailand. 

*Promotion* Free shipping to East and West Malaysia for orders above SGD40. Offer end 12 July 2024. This is capped at a maximum of 1.5kg. Please contact us directly for bulk orders.

After which or for orders under SGD40, flat rate shipping rates apply (see below).


Flat rate shipping

We offer flat rate shipping to the above countries for packages of up to 1kg. via standard post. Please note that the total weight of the package includes the shipping materials to ensure the products are not damaged during shipping. 

For example, 3 gift sized bottles + shipping materials would be approximately 800g to 900g.

Shipping rates will also be shown (or calculated if above the flat rate weight) at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BoxThree Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopmelura.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (within 3 days of delivery) at hello@shopmelura.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
